He’s here!
Cassius “Cass” Cosmo joined us at home at 1:35 am on July 24.
He was born surrounded by people who were already madly in love with the idea of him, and we’ve been surrounded by that love and support ever since.
Orion was able to see him born, cut his cord, held him in the birthing bed shortly after he arrived. Pan was a way at running camp, but they had a beautiful meeting a few days later. Both of them have taken it all in stride, asking frequently to hold him and taking him to their rooms to hang.
His already great talents include cycling through a dozen different facial expressions (including glorious openmouthed grins) in seconds, sleeping 4-6 hour stretches overnight, eating all day, making tooting adorable, and being just so, so cute.
All is well.
